All employees are expected to be at work, on time, all the time. Late attendance is a failure to report and remain at work as per schedule, meaning late arrival at work. The survey was done in Alamanda Putrajaya Shopping Complex, during working lunch hour from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm on the 4th January 2011. METHODS The survey was administered to target working class people. To have an easier assurance of capturing this working class people I had decided to hand-out the questionnaire at a busy Alamanda Putrajaya Shopping Complex during afternoon lunch hour. 20 questionnaires were handed out, 10 to men and 10 to women. Following are the details: Venue : Alamanda Putrajaya Shopping Complex, Wilayah Persekutuan. Date : 4th January 2011 (Tuesday) Time : 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm Methods : Questionnaire (10 questions) Respondents : 10 Male and 10 Female I administered it by giving out to those that were sitting down and had finish their meal. I would explain and guide them to answer all the questions. I did not approach those who were occupied in doing something as I intend to get an honest answer instead of just answering for the sake of finishing it quickly. I would get a pen and a writing board ready for them to answer as it is easier for the respondents. I would say thank you after they finish answering and retain back the questionnaire. Pope Francis Calls Us Look At Each Other With Sympathy...

I believe that Pope Francis calls us to look at each other with sympathy and empathy. In order for us to do that we must first encounter others for more than just a brief moment. In today’s world it is more challenging to engage with others as we don’t even communicate in full sentences. Social media is a wonderful tool to stay contact which each other but has influenced and almost replaced other forms communication. # 169 â€Å"In a culture paradoxically suffering from anonymity and at the same time obsessed with the details of other people’s lives, shamelessly given over to morbid curiosity, the Church must look more closely and sympathetically at others whenever necessary.† We have to be willing to go beyond just pleasantries and small talk. It identifies that the popularity of these shows among networks and marketers are due to monetary opportunities and brand awareness. These shows have psychological, social, cultural and personal effects on consumer behavior has they learn and relate to the contestants situations and problems. This behavior affects trends and patterns in retail buying power and the right viewers exercise in showing reaction has they are empowered to participate in the shows. It also puts forward the cultural, political and social factors as reality TV concepts are not readily adaptable and require modification. After immense success of these shows, viewer’s arte contended as its entertaining even when it lacks realism. Finally it concludes that these shows are more interested in profit making than entertaining viewers.
